AZ Site Solutions ("AZ Site Solutions," "we," "us," or "our") provides digital marketing, website design and development, search engine optimization, artificial intelligence automation, maintenance, consulting, and related services. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit azsitesolutions.com, communicate with us, receive messages from us, or use our services.

1. Scope

This policy applies to information we process for our own business purposes through our website, sales process, client relationships, support, and communications. When we process information solely on behalf of a client, that client generally determines the purposes and means of processing. In that situation, the client's privacy notice governs the information, and questions or requests should be directed to the client.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide

We may collect your name, business name, job title, email address, telephone number, website address, service area, project details, communications, files, content, account information, billing information, and any other information you choose to provide.

Payment information

Payments may be processed by third-party payment processors such as Stripe. We may receive transaction details, billing contact information, payment status, and limited payment-method details, but we do not typically receive or store full payment card numbers.

Information collected automatically

When you use our website or services, we and our service providers may automatically collect information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring and exit pages, pages viewed, dates and times of visits, approximate location, and interactions with our website, emails, or advertisements. We may use cookies, pixels, local storage, logs, and similar technologies for security, functionality, analytics, attribution, and performance.

Information from clients and third parties

We may receive information from clients, referral partners, analytics providers, advertising platforms, public sources, social networks, data providers, hosting providers, and business tools used to deliver our services. Client-provided data may include information about the client's customers, prospects, personnel, or vendors.

3. How We Use Information

We may use personal information to:

  • respond to inquiries, prepare proposals, and provide requested services;
  • design, develop, host, maintain, secure, and improve websites, campaigns, automations, and related systems;
  • manage accounts, projects, subscriptions, invoices, payments, support, and client relationships;
  • send service notices, appointment reminders, project updates, account messages, and, where permitted, marketing communications;
  • measure website and campaign performance, understand usage, and improve our offerings;
  • prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents, and other harmful or unlawful activity;
  • comply with law, enforce agreements, resolve disputes, and protect rights and safety; and
  • carry out another purpose disclosed to you or performed with your direction or consent.

4. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We may use cookies and similar technologies to operate the website, remember preferences, understand traffic, measure conversions, and support marketing. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Doing so may affect site functionality. Where required by law, we will provide additional choices or obtain consent before using non-essential technologies.

5. How We Disclose Information

We may disclose personal information to:

  • Service providers and contractors that support hosting, communications, analytics, payment processing, security, customer management, automation, advertising, and professional services, subject to appropriate restrictions;
  • Clients and client-designated parties when needed to perform services or at the client's direction;
  • Business transaction participants in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar transaction;
  • Authorities and other parties when we reasonably believe disclosure is required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, property, safety, and the integrity of our services; and
  • Other parties at your direction or with your consent.

We do not sell personal information for money. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising where such activity is treated as a sale or share under applicable law, unless we first provide any notice and choice required by that law.

6. SMS Messaging and Mobile Information

Mobile information, text messaging originator opt-in data, and consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

If you separately opt in to receive text messages from AZ Site Solutions, we may send messages concerning your inquiry, appointments, project or service updates, account or payment reminders, and occasional offers. Message frequency varies and will not exceed 8 messages per month unless a different frequency is disclosed for a specific program. Message and data rates may apply.

We may disclose mobile information to service providers that help us deliver and support the messaging program, such as telecommunications carriers and messaging platform providers, but only as necessary to provide the program. The categories of disclosure described elsewhere in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. After you opt out, we may send one confirmation message. For assistance, reply HELP or contact us through our contact page. For complete messaging terms, see the SMS Messaging Program Terms.

7. Client Data, Regulated Information, and Sensitive Information

Our services may support businesses in regulated industries, including legal and healthcare businesses. Unless we expressly agree otherwise in a signed writing, our standard services are not intended to receive protected health information, privileged legal communications, payment card data, government identification numbers, or other highly sensitive information. Clients are responsible for limiting the information they provide and for obtaining all required notices, permissions, and consents.

We do not act as a "business associate" under HIPAA unless we enter into a separate, signed Business Associate Agreement. We do not assume a client's professional, licensing, records-retention, advertising, accessibility, or industry-specific compliance duties.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including to provide services, maintain business and tax records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect our systems. Retention periods vary based on the type of information, the nature of the relationship, and legal or operational requirements.

9. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for using secure methods when sending sensitive information and for maintaining the confidentiality of credentials under your control.

10. Your Privacy Choices and Rights

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in the message and from text messages by replying STOP. You may also adjust browser settings to manage cookies.

Depending on where you live and subject to applicable exceptions, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of certain personal information; to opt out of certain sales, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling; to restrict or object to certain processing; and to appeal a denied request. You may also have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising a privacy right.

To submit a request, use our contact page and state that your message is a privacy request. We may need to verify your identity and authority before completing a request. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law, but we may require proof of authorization and identity verification. If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision and stating that you wish to appeal.

11. Children

Our website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

12. Third-Party Services and Links

Our website and services may link to or integrate with third-party websites, platforms, applications, and services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices, and we are not responsible for those practices.

13. Processing in the United States

AZ Site Solutions is based in Arizona, United States. If you access our services from another jurisdiction, your information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our service providers operate, subject to applicable law.
